Established state-of-the-art Blood Diagnostic Laboratory at Lviv Regional Specialized Pediatric Clinic; European Review team ranks laboratory as the finest in Eastern Europe
Provided cancer medication & post-operative drugs for hundreds of children with leukemia and thyroid cancer; in L’viv, helped partner hospital to achieve remission rates that rival Western pediatric cancer centers.
Modernized numerous neonatal intensive care units with respirators, transport incubators, pulse oximeters, cardiac monitors, and IV-supplies
Organized training conferences and advanced seminars for hundreds of Ukrainian doctors in the fields of pediatrics, oncology, surgery, clinical biochemistry, genetics, and neonatal intensive care
Testified as expert witnesses in Congressional hearings and UN forums on the after math of the Chornobyl disaster
Founders were the first US citizens to receive Ukraine’s Presidential Medal of Honor in recognition of CCRDF’s humanitarian achievements
